China Rare Earth Resources And Technology Co., Ltd. (000831.SZ) has released its semi-annual report for the 2026 fiscal year, showing a net profit attributable to shareholders of 237 million yuan, a 46.53% increase compared to the same period last year.

During the reporting period, the company achieved total operating revenue of 1.647 billion yuan, a decline of 12.19% year-on-year. Non-recurring profit and loss adjusted net profit came in at 240 million yuan, up 55.49% from the prior year, with basic earnings per share reaching 0.2233 yuan.

The rare earth industry experienced continued adjustments and optimizations in its supply-demand structure during the period. Benefiting from multiple favorable factors, including rare earth industry policies and a boost in downstream market demand, the overall market trend moved upward. Prices for praseodymium and neodymium products saw significant increases compared to the same period last year.

In line with its annual work deployment, the company intensified its efforts to meet targets, actively seizing opportunities to forge ahead. By strengthening the guiding role of Party building, the company focused on key tasks such as resource security, efficient operations, technological innovation, project construction, deepening reforms, and capability building. Strategic efforts achieved notable phased results, with operational quality and efficiency improving simultaneously. The company successfully completed all its operational targets, creating a new phase of high-quality leapfrog development and laying a solid foundation for a strong start to the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
