Hangzhou SF Intra-City Industrial Co., Ltd. (SF Intra-City) disclosed that it repurchased 337,400 H-shares on 5 October 2026, moving the shares into treasury. The on-market transaction was executed at prices ranging between HKD 8.07 and HKD 8.39 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of roughly HKD 8.30, for an aggregate outlay of HKD 2.80 million.
Following the repurchase, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.04% to 735.86 million shares, while treasury shares rose to 9.75 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 745.61 million.
The buyback was conducted under the general mandate approved on 8 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 74.25 million shares. Including the latest transaction, SF Intra-City has acquired 6.63 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.73% of the 914.25 million issued shares outstanding on the mandate date.
In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is restricted from issuing, selling or transferring any treasury shares until 4 November 2026, 30 days after the repurchase date.
