TravelSky Technology Announces Resignation of Executive Director Huang Rongshun

TravelSky Technology (00696) has announced that Mr. Huang Rongshun, an executive director of the company, has resigned from his positions as executive director, member of the Strategy and Investment Committee (Rule of Law Construction Committee), and authorized representative of the company at The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (as stipulated under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules) due to retirement. In accordance with the company's Articles of Association, Mr. Huang Rongshun submitted a written resignation to the board of directors on April 13, 2026, effective immediately. Concurrently, due to retirement, Mr. Huang Rongshun also ceased to serve as the company's general manager from March 20, 2026. Furthermore, the company has decided that Mr. Jiang Bo, an executive director and chairman of the board, will assume the role of the company's authorized representative at The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The company will issue a further announcement in compliance with the Listing Rules once a new general manager is appointed.
