Capital Realm Financial Holdings Group Limited reported an unaudited consolidated net asset value (NAV) of HK$1.529 per share as at 30 September 2026.
The calculation is based on 249.06 million issued shares.
The announcement was authorised by the Board, led by Joint Chairmen Deng Dongping and Zhang Zixing, and released in Hong Kong on 15 October 2026. The Board currently comprises two executive directors, four non-executive directors (including the two joint chairmen), and three independent non-executive directors.
