ACM Research Inc. (ACMR) shares fell 5.20% during pre-market trading on Thursday, following the release of the company's first quarter 2026 financial results.
The semiconductor equipment supplier reported revenue of $231.3 million, a 34.2% year-over-year increase that exceeded the IBES estimate of $216.5 million. However, net income attributable to ACM Research dropped to $17.3 million from $20.4 million in the prior-year quarter. Diluted earnings per share also declined to $0.24 from $0.30, while gross margin narrowed to 46.4% from 47.9%.
ACM maintained its full-year 2026 revenue guidance range of $1.08 billion to $1.175 billion. The company highlighted strong shipment growth of 53.6% to $240.7 million and several operational achievements, including the shipment of its first PECVD SiCN system and advanced packaging equipment to global customers.
