Kweichow Moutai Reports Q1 Results: Revenue Reaches 54.7 Billion Yuan with Profit Growth, Signaling Reform Success

Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd. has released its first-quarter financial report for 2026. The report indicates that the company achieved a total operating revenue of approximately 54.703 billion yuan during the quarter, representing a year-on-year increase of 6.34%. Total profit amounted to 37.543 billion yuan, up 1.38% compared to the same period last year. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached 27.243 billion yuan, marking a 1.47% increase. Both revenue and profit demonstrated simultaneous growth, providing initial evidence of the effectiveness of market-oriented reforms.

Revenue from Moutai liquor sales was 46.005 billion yuan, a rise of 5.62% year-on-year. Sales volume of Moutai liquor reached approximately 16,800 tons, an increase of 21.82%, underscoring its continued role as a stabilizing force. Revenue from the Moutai sauce-aroma series liquor grew by 12.22% to 7.881 billion yuan, with sales volume climbing 26.61% to about 14,200 tons, indicating a sustained positive growth trend.

From January to March, the i Moutai platform generated sales revenue of 21.553 billion yuan, a substantial increase of 267.16% compared to the previous year. As of the end of March, the company's cash balance stood at 177.968 billion yuan, an increase of 40.77% since the beginning of the year, reflecting strong cash flow.
