FRONTAGE (01521) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Frontage Shanghai, has completed the acquisition of Shanghai Guanhe Medical Technology Co., Ltd. for 270 million yuan. All conditions precedent under the share transfer agreement have been satisfied. The transaction was formally closed on March 3, 2026, in accordance with the agreement's terms. Following the completion, the target company has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of FRONTAGE. The financial results of the target company and its subsidiaries will be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
