The Executive received a disclosure of securities dealings in the shares of Hang Seng Bank Limited, detailing transactions by Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc on 1 December 2025.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc conducted multiple derivative transactions involving sales and purchases tied to shares of Hang Seng Bank Limited. Sales included blocks of 50,000 reference securities with a total amount of approximately US$7.62 million at a reference price of US$152.50, and further sales in various quantities at reference prices around US$152.10 to US$152.40. Purchases included transactions such as 30,000 reference securities for about US$4.57 million at a reference price of US$152.30. Each transaction was reported with a resultant balance of zero after completion.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc is classified as a Class (5) associate connected with the offeree company. The dealings were made for its own account, and the entity is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley.
