CROSSTEC Group Issues 30 Million Shares Following Conversion of MKI Convertible Bonds

CROSSTTC Group (03893) has announced that the company received a conversion notice from MKI regarding the conversion of a portion of MKI convertible bonds. The conversion involves a principal amount of HK$3.3 million at a conversion price of HK$0.11 per share. The conversion process and the issuance of a total of 30 million new shares were completed on February 11, 2026. Following the issuance of these new shares and as of the date of this announcement, the total number of issued shares of the company has increased to 397 million. The newly issued shares represent approximately 8.18% of the company's issued share capital immediately prior to the allotment and issuance, and approximately 7.56% of the enlarged issued share capital after the allotment and issuance. MKI remains the largest shareholder of the company, holding 114.7 million shares, which constitutes approximately 28.92% of the company's enlarged issued share capital as of the date of this announcement.
