The 2026 Sustainable Global Leaders Conference is being held from October 20 to 22 at the Huangpu Expo Park in Shanghai.

Tian Jianjia introduced that in 2013, China Hua Dian proposed the social responsibility concept of "China Hua Dian, Care in Every Degree." Centered on this concept, China Hua Dian implemented the "4C" responsibility brand plan, which includes four dimensions of action: "Bright You and Me," "Green Homeland," "Partners in Love," and "Gathering Goodness for Public Welfare." It also established a social responsibility indicator system covering five major areas: development, economy, environment, society, and responsibility management, incorporating social responsibility performance into assessments.
Tian Jianjia emphasized that as a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Hua Dian in Shaanxi, Hua Dian Shaanxi Company transformed "Care in Every Degree" into the locally distinctive and green-oriented corporate mission of "Hua Dian Blessing Energy, Green Enjoyment Across Shaanxi," and established the vision of "building a regional first-class clean and low-carbon comprehensive energy enterprise."
The company has adopted the group's social responsibility management system, identified sustainable development topics such as clean energy, ecological protection, and rural revitalization, and built a multi-level, normalized communication mechanism with stakeholders.
At the same time, the company launched the "Hua Dian Green Shaanxi" initiative, integrating green energy development with agricultural science and technology, park construction, ecological restoration, revolutionary old area development, rural revitalization, and pollution and haze control in the Guanzhong region, creating a batch of "small but beautiful" and "large and magnificent" high-quality projects tailored to local conditions.
Tian Jianjia pointed out that the company protects green mountains and clear waters through energy transition, integrating ecological protection throughout the entire process of energy development and construction.
During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the company's energy structure continued to shift toward green, with commissioned and under-construction capacity reaching 5.6408 million kilowatts, and the proportion of clean energy installed capacity rising from 35.98% at the end of the "13th Five-Year Plan" to 70.51%.
It empowers industrial development through energy transition, promoting green electricity into parks and onto production lines.
The Yangling Agricultural Smart Park has built a "photovoltaic-storage-heat plus" smart zero-carbon comprehensive energy project.
It enhances people's well-being through energy transition, allowing the fruits of green development to benefit the public.
The company is actively exploring a new model of comprehensive utilization of ecological restoration and photovoltaic development for abandoned mines in the Yellow River basin, and has invested in building the Jingyang 100-megawatt mining restoration and comprehensive treatment photovoltaic project.
