ABBISKO-B Presents Innovative Modeling Framework for ABSK-011 in HCC at PAGE Conference

ABBISKO-B has issued an announcement regarding its subsidiary, Shanghai ABBISKO Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The company presented two new model-based drug development advancements in poster format at the European Population Approach Group in Europe (PAGE) meeting held in Dubrovnik, Croatia, from June 2nd to 5th, 2026.

One of the presentations highlighted a novel joint modeling framework designed to predict progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with advanced FGF19-positive hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) treated with the highly selective FGFR4 inhibitor ABSK-011 (epagotinib).

Additionally, ABBISKO Biopharmaceutical, in collaboration with an external partner, presented a population pharmacokinetic modeling study for ABSK-011. This study was conducted using the domestically developed innovative modeling software Maspectra and included a comparative analysis with NONMEM.
