Hisense Home Appliances Group (00921) Announces Third Quarter 2025 Results, Revenue Grows 1.16%, Net Profit Down 5.40%

Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. (00921) reported operating revenue of approximately RMB22.19 billion for the three months ended 30 September 2025, representing a 1.16% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Net profits attributable to shareholders reached around RMB735 million during the quarter, a 5.40% decline year-over-year. After deducting non-recurring items, the figure stood at roughly RMB509 million, down 13.08%.

Over the first nine months of 2025, operating revenue totaled approximately RMB71.53 billion, an increase of 1.35% compared to the same period in 2024. During the same period, net profits attributable to shareholders reached about RMB2.81 billion, marking a 0.67% rise. The company attributed changes in items such as accounts receivable, contract liabilities, and construction in progress to variations in business volume, payment schedules, and capital expansion. Management highlighted a 34.06% jump in net cash flows from operating activities compared to the previous year due to higher cash receipts from sales of goods and services.

The board noted that all financial statements in the report remain unaudited and that there have been no major changes in shareholder composition or restrictions.
