Following this acquisition, the company's controlling shareholders, including Dongfeng Motor Corporation, Dongfeng Asset Management Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Hong Kong, and Wuhan Woya Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership, collectively hold 2.438 billion domestic shares and 124 million H shares, accounting for about 69.62% of the total issued share capital.
