JBM HEALTHCARE (02161) announced that Mr. Huang Yiwei will resign from his position as the company's Chief Executive Officer to pursue other career development opportunities, effective April 30, 2026. The Board of Directors further announced that Mr. Cen Guangye, an Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, will be appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective from April 30, 2026.
