RUNHUA SERVICE Subsidiary Plans to Acquire Jinan Villa Property for RMB 40 Million

RUNHUA SERVICE (02455) has announced that on June 22, 2026, the seller, Shandong Diping Tianyu Real Estate Co., Ltd., and the buyer, Shandong Runhua Property Management Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of the company), entered into a property purchase agreement.

Pursuant to this agreement, the seller has agreed to sell, and the buyer has agreed to purchase, the target property for a total consideration of RMB 40 million, inclusive of value-added tax.

The property in question is a single unit located in the Huaiyin District of Jinan City, with a gross floor area of approximately 2,709 square meters.

This asset is part of a commercial villa park development project situated south of Yantai Road and east of the La Mountain River in Jinan's Huaiyin District.

The unit was developed by the seller, completed in 2018, and is currently utilized by the seller for its own purposes.

The original book value of the target property is approximately RMB 23.95 million.

Given that one of the group's core business segments is property investment and leasing services, the group intends to increase its investment in this area.

Considering the property's location within Shandong Province, this acquisition will enable the company to further expand its leasing operations and explore potential business opportunities within mainland China.

The board of directors believes that this purchase will facilitate the further development of the company's investment property leasing business, thereby enhancing the group's overall business profile and its ability to serve a broader customer base across China.

Furthermore, the company is expected to benefit from the ongoing development of the city of Jinan.
