SINO-OCEAN GP Reports Cumulative Sales of Approximately RMB 4.67 Billion for First Four Months

SINO-OCEAN GP announced that for April 2026, the group, together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB 1.63 billion. The contracted sales floor area was about 116,200 square meters, with an average selling price of around RMB 14,000 per square meter.

From January 1 to April 30, 2026, the group, together with its joint ventures and associates, recorded cumulative contracted sales of approximately RMB 4.67 billion. The cumulative contracted sales floor area was about 328,200 square meters, with an average selling price of around RMB 14,200 per square meter.

For April 2026, the group's construction management projects, together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB 210 million. The contracted sales floor area was about 17,400 square meters, with an average selling price of around RMB 12,100 per square meter.

From January 1 to April 30, 2026, the cumulative contracted sales for the group's construction management projects, together with its joint ventures and associates, were approximately RMB 710 million. The cumulative contracted sales floor area was about 66,200 square meters, with an average selling price of around RMB 10,700 per square meter.
