GME Group (08188) has announced that, following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on May 22, 2026, the Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Ms. Chan Sheung-yu as an Independent Non-Executive Director. She has also been appointed as a member of the Board's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee.
