The company is formulating its 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030) development blueprint, aligning with national strategic objectives. Construction is accelerating on the 50,000-ton high-performance NdFeB rapid-quenching alloy project, with strict oversight of timelines and quality control. The company aims to operationalize Phase I production lines by year-end while advancing technical upgrades at its Ningbo Zhanhao smelting facility and improving magnetic powder capacity at Beijing Sanjili.

Technological innovation remains central to competitiveness. The company is upgrading centralized control systems across subsidiaries, solving production challenges through R&D, and strengthening its rare earth magnet industry innovation consortium.

Cost management initiatives include establishing comprehensive control systems, implementing multi-dimensional benchmarking among subsidiaries, and optimizing processes to reduce material procurement expenses. These measures aim to maximize efficiency gains across operations.
