Grown Up Group Publishes AGM Circular and Proxy Materials, Urges Shift to Electronic Communications

Bulletin Express05-20

On 20 May 2026, Grown Up Group Investment Holdings Limited released its latest Corporate Communication package—comprising the Circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form—in both English and Chinese editions.

The documents are now accessible on the company’s website (www.grown-up.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy delivery will receive printed versions enclosed with the notification.

The board, chaired by Executive Director Thomas Berg, recommends that shareholders access current and all future Corporate Communications electronically through the designated websites. Holders encountering difficulties with email notifications or online access, or those preferring printed materials, may complete and return the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (pre-paid label provided) or via email to 1842-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders are responsible for supplying and updating a valid email address to receive electronic notifications. Until a functional address is provided, the company will continue to dispatch Notice of Publication and Actionable Corporate Communications in hard copy.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
