Stock News12-12 20:20

Tansun Technology Co.,Ltd. (300872.SZ) announced its participation in the partnership agreement of Qingdao Hongma Jinxin Venture Capital Investment Fund (Limited Partnership), committing 30 million yuan of self-owned capital to join the fund managed by Hongma Tianan. The fund, named Hongma Jinxin Fund, will specifically invest in Tianjin Xingheng Liangzhi Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), with idle funds allocated to cash management instruments.

The company stated that this investment enables indirect exposure to Origin Quantum Computing Technology (Hefei) Co., Ltd., a firm dedicated to quantum computing ecosystem development and engineering controllable quantum computers. Quantum computing's superior parallel processing and complex problem-solving capabilities demonstrate significant potential in financial applications—including risk assessment, trading, regulatory compliance, robo-advisory services, and data security—particularly given its computational advantages in financial markets.

Through this investment, Tansun Technology aims to bolster its next-generation computing power and AI capabilities, enhancing competitiveness in financial markets. It also seeks to deepen collaborations in semiconductors and AI to expand strategic positioning across financial and related industrial chains.
