Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited (GAPACK) has reshuffled its top management, effective 21 September 2026. Chairman and Executive Director Yuan Xunjun has resigned from his role as Chief Executive Officer to focus on other business commitments, though he will retain his positions as Board Chairman and Executive Director. The Board expressed appreciation for Yuan’s contributions during his tenure as CEO.

Concurrently, Executive Director Wang Dawei has been redesignated from Executive President to Chief Executive Officer. Wang, aged 44, joined the Group in July 2025 and brings 18 years of packaging-industry experience. His previous roles include Vice President for the Northern Asia-Pacific region at SIG Combibloc Group and senior commercial positions at Sidel Group under Tetra Laval. Wang holds a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Engineering from China Agricultural University, completed Harvard Business School’s General Management Program in 2019, and earned an MBA from China Europe International Business School in April 2026. His remuneration as CEO will be set in line with legal and regulatory requirements and market standards.

The company confirmed that there are no disagreements between Yuan and the Board, and no other matters related to these leadership changes require shareholder attention under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises two executive directors, five non-executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors.
