Pu Yonghao Approved as Independent Director of Postal Savings Bank

The National Financial Regulatory Administration has issued an official approval for the qualifications of Pu Yonghao to serve as an independent director of Postal Savings Bank of China Co., Ltd.

According to his resume, Pu Yonghao, male, born in 1957, holds a Master's degree in Economics from Xiamen University and a Master of Science degree in Demography from the London School of Economics and Political Science. His professional background includes senior economist and vice president at BOC International (UK) Limited, senior advisor at the Asian Development Bank, managing director and chief investment officer for Asia Pacific at UBS, where he also served as chief investment strategist and head of wealth management research for the region, founder and investment director of FountainCap Research & Investment, and managing director at Borry Wealth Consultancy. He has also held positions as an independent non-executive director at Huafa Property Services Group Co., Ltd.

He currently holds several roles, including independent non-executive director at BOCOM International Holdings Co., Ltd., independent director at Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd., senior advisor at FountainCap Research & Investment, and vice chairman of the Hong Kong China Financial Association.
