Ping An Life Acquires Additional 171 Million Shares of ABC at HK$5.30 Each

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Ping An Life Insurance Company of China, Ltd. increased its holding in Agricultural Bank of China Limited (HKEX: 01288) by approximately 170.775 million shares on June 30. The shares were acquired at a price of HK$5.30 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of roughly HK$905 million. Following this acquisition, the company's total shareholding in the bank has risen to about 7.414 billion shares, representing a 24.11% stake. The transaction involved other related parties, including Ping An Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd.
