Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Delivers 9,000-Car PCTC Vessel "Grande Seoul"

On March 11th, the 9,000-car PCTC vessel "Grande Seoul," constructed by Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding for Italy's Grimaldi Group, was officially signed over and delivered. Representatives from Grimaldi Group, China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding attended and witnessed the delivery signing ceremony. The "Grande Seoul" is registered with the Italian classification society RINA. The vessel has an overall length of 199.90 meters, a beam of 38.0 meters, a depth of 14.8 meters, a design draft of 9.2 meters, and a design speed of 19.0 knots. It is powered by a MAN BW 7S60MEC10.6-HPSCR main engine and complies with Tier II/III emission standards.
