Dongxing Securities' A-Shares to Halt Trading from September 15 Ahead of Delisting

Stock News09-08 17:24

Dongxing Securities Corporation Limited (601198.SH) has announced that its A-shares will be suspended from trading starting from the market open on September 15, 2026, which marks the first day of the cash election application period for dissenting shareholders.

Following this suspension, the company will proceed with the cash election exercise application and clearing and settlement phase, with no further trading of the shares. On the trading day after the cash election application deadline, the company will apply to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the termination of listing, and the A-shares will remain suspended until the delisting is completed.

After the cash election is implemented and the company is delisted, the A-shares held by the company's shareholders will be converted into A-shares issued by China International Capital Corporation Limited in connection with the share swap merger with Dongxing Securities, based on the conversion ratio outlined in the merger agreement published on September 8, 2026. These converted shares will then be listed and traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
