19 March 2026 – Shenzhen Woer Heat-Shrinkable Material Co., Ltd. (WOER, 09981.HK) announced that, pursuant to Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, it will distribute all future corporate communications solely in electronic form.
Key points of the new arrangement are as follows:
1. Scope of documents • The electronic distribution covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
2. Access channels • Full English and Chinese versions will be available on the company website (www.woer.com) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be mailed by default.
3. Required action for non-registered shareholders • Investors whose WOER H-shares are held through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited must provide a functional email address to these intermediaries to receive electronic notifications when new documents are published. • Until an email address is registered, shareholders will not receive publication alerts and must check the company and HKEXnews websites proactively.
4. Option to receive printed copies • Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents can complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email Woer.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request.
5. Enquiry channel • Questions can be directed to the H-share registrar via Woer.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
The initiative is in line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s broader move toward a sustainable, paper-light market infrastructure and aims to streamline the distribution of shareholder information while reducing environmental impact.
