Playmates Toys Releases 2026 Interim Report Online and Invites Shareholders to Opt for Digital Delivery

Bulletin Express09-10

Playmates Toys Limited has announced that its 2026 Interim Report, in both English and Chinese, is now accessible on the company’s website (www.playmatestoys.com). Non-registered shareholders can review the full document and all future corporate communications via the online platform.

To support electronic dissemination, Playmates Toys encourages shareholders to provide their email addresses to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or CCASS participant. Going forward, the company will send email or postal notifications on the publication date of each corporate communication.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials may request printed versions free of charge. A request form—distributed with the notice—should be completed and returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the provided mailing label. Submission of the form will serve as an instruction to receive all future corporate communications in print until further notice.

For enquiries, shareholders can contact Tricor Investor Services via its customer service hotline at +852 2980 1333 (9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The company secretary, Ng Ka Yan, signed the notification on behalf of Playmates Toys Limited on 10 September 2026.
