Deep News05-07

In the first half of 2026, MEITU's core research and development team, the MEITU Imaging Lab (MT Lab), had six academic papers accepted by top-tier global artificial intelligence conferences. These include the leading deep learning conference ICLR 2026, the premier computer vision conference CVPR 2026, and the top machine learning conference ICML 2026.

The research outcomes from MEITU Imaging Lab primarily focus on cutting-edge theoretical innovations in large model development, multimodal fusion, machine learning, reinforcement learning, and the industrial application of generative AI. Several of these technological innovations have already been integrated into MEITU's AI products, such as MEITU Xiuxiu, MEIYAN Camera, and MEITU Design Studio.

According to official reports, ICLR 2026 received over 19,000 submissions, with an acceptance rate of 27.4%. ICML 2026 saw more than 23,000 submissions and an acceptance rate of 26.6%. CVPR 2026 had over 30,000 submissions, with 16,092 valid entries and an acceptance rate of 25.42%, indicating that only a small number of research achievements were selected.
