Henan Jinyuan Hydrogenated Chemicals Schedules 2025 AGM for 20 May 2026; Board Recommends No Final Dividend

Henan Jinyuan Hydrogenated Chemicals Co., Ltd. has issued a notice convening its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, 20 May 2026, at Room 2801, 88 Hing Fat Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

The meeting will seek shareholder approval on seven ordinary resolutions:

1. Adoption of the board of directors’ report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. 2. Adoption of the supervisory committee’s report for the same period. 3. Receipt of the audited consolidated financial statements and the auditors’ report for 2025. 4. Approval of the company’s full 2025 annual report. 5. Endorsement of the proposed profit distribution plan, under which no final dividend will be paid for 2025. 6. Appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as external auditor from the close of the 2025 AGM to the conclusion of the 2026 AGM, with remuneration to be set by the board. 7. Authorisation for the board to decide, at its discretion, whether to declare and distribute any interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2026.

Shareholders have been reminded that in-person attendance is optional; voting rights can be exercised by proxy, with the AGM chairman available to act as proxy holder.

For H-share investors, the register will be closed from 15 May 2026 to 20 May 2026. To qualify for attendance and voting, share transfer documents must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 14 May 2026.

The company notes that the AGM is expected to conclude within half a day and that attendees will bear their own travel and accommodation costs.
