This product recently won the "Winner" award in the globally recognized The EdTech Awards 2026, making it the only product from a Chinese company to receive this honor, standing out alongside international competitors such as the ASUS Chromebook. At the exhibition, parents and children experienced the pen's "Video Q&A" feature firsthand—after scanning any question, the AI generates a personalized explanatory video in real-time, simulating a classroom whiteboard environment.
The product also supports "Guided Q&A," which helps develop children's independent thinking skills through key hints. Within less than a year since its launch, sales of the Youdao AI Q&A Pen have surpassed 100 million yuan.
Beyond AI hardware for educational scenarios, Youdao also exhibited its first AI knowledge base product—"Youdao Treasure Vault." This product is China's first AI knowledge collaboration platform adapted for the local ecosystem, focusing on deep understanding and structured reorganization of knowledge. It offers users integrated services for knowledge management, AI-powered Q&A, and multimodal content generation.
Users simply need to upload various documents, and the system, leveraging its "Dynamic Agent Reasoning Architecture," can perform multi-step reasoning and verification for complex queries. All answers are strictly anchored to the original text uploaded by the user, with each conclusion accompanied by precise citation sources, effectively addressing the issue of AI "hallucinations."
Furthermore, the product fully supports information import from major domestic content platforms such as WeChat Official Accounts, Xiaohongshu, and Bilibili.
It is also noteworthy that Youdao Treasure Vault can generate podcast scripts, PPT outlines, and research reports with a single click.
