5100 Xizang Glacier publishes updated board composition and committee structure

5100 Xizang Glacier Company Limited released an announcement on 10 June 2026 detailing the current composition of its Board of Directors and the membership structure of its four key governance committees.

The Board now consists of three Executive Directors (Mr. Chow Wai Kit, Mr. Cheng Gwan Sing and Mr. Yue Zhiqiang), three Non-executive Directors (Ms. Jiang Xiaohong, Mr. Xie Kun and Chairman Mr. Chen Di) and four Independent Non-executive Directors (Dr. Zhang Chunlong, Mr. Lo Wai Hung, Ms. Lin Ting and Ms. Zheng Jue).

Committee assignments are as follows: • Audit Committee – chaired by Mr. Lo Wai Hung with Dr. Zhang Chunlong and Ms. Lin Ting serving as members. • Nomination Committee – also chaired by Mr. Lo Wai Hung; Dr. Zhang Chunlong and Ms. Lin Ting are members. • Remuneration Committee – chaired by Dr. Zhang Chunlong; Mr. Chow Wai Kit, Mr. Lo Wai Hung and Ms. Lin Ting serve as members. • Risk Management Committee – chaired by Mr. Cheng Gwan Sing with Mr. Lo Wai Hung and Ms. Lin Ting as members.

The disclosure aligns the market on the company’s current governance framework and clarifies oversight responsibilities across its audit, nomination, remuneration and risk management functions.
