JD Health has officially opened its new comprehensive medical clinic in the Wangjing area of Beijing. This facility is the company's first integrated clinic to simultaneously offer three core services: professional physical examinations, dental care, and aesthetic medicine.
Located in Vanke Times Center on Wangjing Street in Chaoyang District, the clinic spans a total area of 5,030 square meters. It is designed to meet a variety of needs, including individual check-ups, family packages, corporate group examinations, and high-end customized services.
In terms of medical departments, the clinic covers a full range of general and specialized examination services, such as internal medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, ultrasound, and ENT. It also features two specialized sections: JD Dental and JD Aesthetic Medicine.
The clinic is equipped with advanced medical devices that meet the standards of top-tier hospitals, including large-scale precision imaging equipment. This infrastructure supports early disease screening, in-depth health assessments, and precise medical interventions.
A key feature of the clinic is its "cloud-accompanied examination by a private doctor" service model, pioneered by JD Health. Led by deputy chief physicians or higher-level doctors, dedicated private medical teams provide end-to-end support—before, during, and after examinations. This includes personalized health assessments, tailored examination plans, real-time optimization during check-ups, detailed report analysis, follow-up on abnormal indicators, and customized health intervention strategies.
Since opening its first physical examination center—now known as a comprehensive clinic—in Beijing's Yizhuang area in 2023, JD Health has expanded its offline presence to multiple locations, including Dongcheng and Guomao in Beijing, Nanshan in Shenzhen, and Suqian in Jiangsu Province. User satisfaction has reached 99.7%, and the company plans to further extend its clinic network into more regions by 2026.
