Lvji Technology Delays Circular for Very Substantial Debt Disposal to 25 September 2026

Bulletin Express09-02

Lvji Technology Holdings Inc. has postponed the dispatch of its shareholder circular related to the proposed very substantial disposal of debts. The document, initially scheduled for release on or before 2 September 2026, is now expected to be sent no later than 25 September 2026.

The company attributed the delay to the additional time needed to prepare and finalise information required under the Hong Kong Listing Rules, including further details of the disposal and the notice of the forthcoming extraordinary general meeting.

Chairman and Executive Director Zang Weizhong signed the announcement on 2 September 2026 in Guangzhou, confirming that the board currently comprises three executive directors—Zang Weizhong, Wang Lei and Bu Jiale—and four independent non-executive directors—Gu Jianlu, Gu Ruizhen, Wu Qiang and Wang Lu.

No other changes to the terms of the disposal or timetable were disclosed in the announcement.
