CDB LEASING (01606) has announced that the company, acting as the lessor, entered into several financial leasing contracts with the lessees (Fangchenggang Genzhuping New Energy Co., Ltd. and Fangchenggang Weixi Wind Power Co., Ltd.) on May 25, 2026. Under these agreements, the lessor will acquire the leased assets from the lessees for a total consideration of RMB 1.8 billion, and the lessor agrees to lease these assets back to the lessees for a lease term of 204 months. The leased assets consist of wind power generation equipment and ancillary facilities located in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China.
