Renze Harvest releases 2025 Annual Report and AGM documents; shareholders invited to choose digital or print delivery

Bulletin Express04-29

Renze Harvest International Limited has announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, the circular dated 30 April 2026, and the notice and proxy form for the upcoming annual general meeting have been uploaded to both the company website (www.hk1282.com) and the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find the full set of documents enclosed. Those preferring printed materials going forward can complete and return the reply form—by post using the prepaid label or by email to 1282-ecom@vistra.com—to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The company will provide printed copies free of charge upon request.

To streamline communication, Renze Harvest urges shareholders to supply a functional email address via the same reply form. Without a valid email on record, the company will be limited to sending physical notices and actionable communications until an electronic address is provided.

Shareholders may direct any questions to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays). The board’s acting chairman, Zhang Chi, signed the notification dated 30 April 2026.
