This targeted campaign primarily focuses on small and medium-sized restaurants and snack bars within the jurisdiction. It closely monitors popular meat products such as burgers, steaks, chicken fillets, and meat skewers. Comprehensive inspections are conducted on key areas including supplier qualifications, purchase verification records, and the implementation of documentation systems for sourcing. Law enforcement officers employ focused inspections and precise measures, utilizing on-site checks, raw material verification, and record reviews to uncover hidden problems. The crackdown specifically targets illegal activities that disrupt market order, such as passing off inferior products as superior ones, false advertising, and counterfeit goods. Several instances of违规 operations using chicken to impersonate beef in the production of fried steak were discovered and addressed on the spot.

During the rectification process, the Taoshan Branch adhered to principles of strict investigation, severe penalties, and addressing both symptoms and root causes. Entities found engaging in illegal operations were dealt with seriously in accordance with laws and regulations.
