On August 25, 2026, XCY Future Limited transferred 11,429,000 shares of XIAOCAIYUAN (00999) to Lighthouse Light Investments Limited. As Mr. Bin Zhou acts in concert with the transferor and transferee, he is deemed to have an interest in the increase, resulting in a rise in his long position. This is an off‑exchange transfer between related parties, not a direct on‑market dealing.

Prior to the transfer, Bin Zhou's long position in XIAOCAIYUAN was 441.21 million shares, representing 37.5%; following the transaction, the holding changed to 452.63 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 38.47%.

This involves related parties: XCY Yongqing Limited and Lighthouse Light Investments Limited.
