CITIC (00267) has issued an official announcement detailing changes to its board of directors, effective August 26, 2026.
According to the company statement, Mr. Takizawa Tetsuya has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee.
Concurrently, Mr. Tagawa Riichi has stepped down from his roles as independent non-executive director and committee member of the same strategy and sustainability body.
