CT IND GROUP (08111) announced that on November 24, 2025, its subsidiary CT Industrial Investment entered into contracts with Tingxi, under which CT Industrial Investment (as the contractor) will provide EPC services for the construction of electric vehicle (EV) charging facilities.
According to the contracts, CT Industrial Investment will deliver EPC services to build EV charging facilities in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. The scope of EPC services includes design, construction, and installation works for the related projects. CT Industrial Investment is responsible for: (i) designing site engineering plans as per agreed requirements; (ii) supplying charging facilities and relevant technical documentation; (iii) executing construction in compliance with professional standards, ensuring safety and regulatory adherence; and (iv) providing progress reports and final acceptance documents.
This initiative aligns with the company’s strategic plan to expand its service offerings, identifying Hong Kong’s EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services sector as a key growth area. The move capitalizes on the sector’s significant growth potential and synergies with the group’s existing operations in the new energy sector.
The contracts were signed in the ordinary course of business, marking a strategic step to formally integrate EPC services as a core business segment. This expansion is expected to diversify and strengthen the group’s revenue base, with income from these contracts to be recorded under the existing new energy power system integration and electricity sales division.
The timing of this expansion is opportune, as it positions the company to benefit from Hong Kong’s rising EV adoption trend, which is driving substantial demand for related infrastructure, including EV charging facilities.
