Chinese Estates Holdings Limited reported stable capital metrics for the month ended 31 May 2026.

The authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million.

Issued share capital was steady at 1.91 billion shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. Consequently, total issued shares—including treasury—also stood at 1.91 billion.

The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, indicating that at least one quarter of its issued shares are held by public shareholders.

No movements were recorded in share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments during the period, underscoring a month of capital stability.
