Huang Xueling Receives Approval to Serve as Vice President of Bank of China

On April 3, the National Financial Regulatory Administration announced its approval, granting Huang Xueling the qualification to serve as Vice President of Bank of China Limited.

Public information indicates that Huang Xueling was born in 1977 and will join Bank of China in 2026. From July 2025 to February 2026, she served as Director of the Second Equity Management Department at Central Huijin Investment Ltd. Between April 2020 and July 2025, she held the position of Director of the Capital Operations Department at Central Huijin Investment Ltd., concurrently serving as Chairman and General Manager of Central Huijin Asset Management Co., Ltd. Previously, she held roles including Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Management Department at Central Huijin Investment Ltd., Executive Director of Central Huijin Asset Management Co., Ltd., Director of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, and Director of the Reform Planning Office within the Comprehensive Management Department / Second Banking Institutions Management Department of Central Huijin Investment Ltd. She holds a Master's degree in Economics from Peking University.
