Bulletin Express06-26

On 26 June 2026, Bitfire Group Holdings Limited (formerly Sinohope Technology Holdings Limited) announced the online publication of its latest circular (“Current Corporate Communication”) in both English and Chinese. The document is accessible on the company’s website (www.bitfire.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company is encouraging investors—particularly non-registered shareholders whose Bitfire shares are held through banks, brokers, custodians or nominees—to access the circular electronically. Shareholders who experience difficulties receiving email notifications or viewing the web version, and who prefer hard copies of the Current Corporate Communication or all future corporate materials, may submit a Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon request.

Key procedural points: • Submission: Completed Request Forms should be mailed to Tricor’s office at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong using the prepaid mailing label, or emailed to 1611-ecom@vistra.com. • Choice of Language: Investors may elect to receive future corporate communications in English, Chinese or both languages. • Electronic Delivery: To obtain materials via email, non-registered holders must provide a valid email address to their intermediary (bank, broker, custodian or HKSCC Nominees Ltd.). Until a functional email is recorded, notices will continue to be sent in hard copy. • Enquiry Hotline: (852) 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).

The notice reiterates that corporate communications cover directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Personal data provided on the Request Form will be used solely for processing the specified communication preferences in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
