PRADA (01913) fell more than 4% after announcing its annual results. At the time of writing, the stock was down 4.52% to HK$41.42, with a turnover of HK$27.271 million.
On the evening of March 5, PRADA released its consolidated results for the 12-month period ended December 31, 2025. The group reported net revenues of €5.718 billion, representing a 9.1% year-on-year increase at constant exchange rates. Adjusted EBIT stood at €1.324 billion, with an adjusted EBIT margin of 23.2%. Net profit for the year was €852 million, up 1.6% compared to 2024. The company proposed a final dividend of €0.166 per share.
At the brand level, Prada's net retail sales decreased by 1%, while Miu Miu's net retail sales increased by 35%. Additionally, the newly acquired Versace reported net revenues of €684 million for the previous year but generated an operating loss. It is anticipated that the transition in creative leadership, combined with initial repositioning measures, will lead to a certain degree of revenue decline this year. Versace is expected to continue generating a similar scale of operating loss in 2026.
