Hong Kong, 20 March 2026 — ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. (02688.HK) disclosed that Class (6) associate BlackRock, Inc. carried out a series of on-market transactions on 19 March 2026, resulting in a higher equity stake in the gas distributor.

BlackRock bought 61,800 shares at HK$65.50 each, sold 31,900 shares at the same price, and executed two additional purchases of 9,300 shares at HK$65.95 and 1,200 shares at HK$65.90, respectively. The net effect was a purchase of 40,400 shares.

Following the transactions, BlackRock’s aggregate holding rose to 66.29 million shares, representing 5.86 % of ENN Energy’s issued share capital under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
