SUNAC SERVICES Sets 13 Aug 2026 EGM to Approve New Share Option Scheme Capped at 10% of Issued Shares

Sunac Services Holdings Limited has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting for 10:00 a.m. on 13 August 2026 at 23F, Block O1A, Sunac Center, Tianjin. Shareholders will vote on adopting a new share option scheme that authorises directors to grant options and issue shares representing up to 10% of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) as of the approval date.

The proposed resolution empowers the board to: • Grant options under the New Share Option Scheme. • Allot, issue and handle shares arising from option exercises. • Administer, modify or amend the scheme in line with its terms and Hong Kong Listing Rules. • Execute all necessary acts, transactions and agreements to implement the scheme.

Key administrative details: • Record date: 13 August 2026. • Register of members closure: 10–13 August 2026 (both days inclusive); share transfers must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 7 August 2026 to qualify for meeting attendance and voting. • Shareholders may appoint proxies; completed forms must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 48 hours before the meeting.

The board is chaired by Mr. Huang Shuping, with eight directors comprising executive, non-executive and independent non-executive members.
