On March 11, Chairman Wang Linbing purchased an additional 8.308 million shares of S HARBOURHOLD (01663) at a price of HK$0.088 per share, with the total transaction amounting to approximately HK$731,100. Following this acquisition, his total shareholding has increased to around 1.501 billion shares, representing a 60.91% stake in the company. The transaction also involved another related party: Chen Xiangling.
