Boyaa Interactive Executes HK$3.62 Million Share Buyback, Cutting Free-Float by 0.23%

Boyaa Interactive International Limited repurchased 1.73 million ordinary shares on 26 June 2026 via on-market transactions, paying between HK$1.99 and HK$2.20 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HK$3.62 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell to 759.04 million, down 0.23% from 760.77 million the previous day. Treasury shares increased to 11.94 million, while the total issued share capital remained unchanged at 770.98 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises Boyaa Interactive to repurchase up to 76.24 million shares. Including the latest purchase, 3.36 million shares—equivalent to 0.44% of the share base at the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, Boyaa Interactive is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 26 July 2026.
