The repurchased stock has been retained as treasury shares, lifting the company’s treasury share balance to 13.95 million at month-end.

Total issued shares, inclusive of treasury stock, inched up slightly to 6.20 billion due to option exercises.

Option activity under the 2020 Share Option Scheme (amended in February 2025) led to the issue of 114,910 new shares, raising HKD 0.90 million in proceeds. At 31 October 2026, 236.30 million options remained outstanding, with capacity for up to 88.72 million further shares to be issued or transferred from treasury under the scheme. Potential issuance headroom under all ungranted options stands at 546.72 million shares.

Authorised share capital stayed unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01, equivalent to USD 100.00 million.

Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, indicating that market liquidity thresholds were maintained despite the October repurchases.
