CCTC boosts Hong Kong float by 12% through 8.86 million H-share overallotment; repurchases 0.55 million A-shares on Shenzhen

Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) Co., Ltd. (CCTC) reported two opposite capital-market moves on 10 August 2026 that reshape its share structure across Hong Kong and Shenzhen listings.

The company allotted and issued 8.86 million new H-shares in Hong Kong following a partial exercise of the previously disclosed over-allotment option. The issuance, priced at HKD 100.30 per share, expands the H-share free float by 12.41%, lifting the outstanding H-share count from 71.36 million to 80.22 million. Based on the disclosed issue price and volume, the transaction is valued at roughly HKD 0.89 billion.

On the same date, CCTC bought back 0.55 million A-shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange at prices ranging from RMB 120.08 to RMB 120.97, for a volume-weighted average of RMB 120.56. The aggregate repurchase outlay reached RMB 65.73 million. Post-transaction, the company’s treasury-share balance in A-shares rose to 17.85 million, while outstanding A-shares declined to 1.90 billion.

These simultaneous actions leave CCTC with a total of 80.22 million H-shares in issue and 17.85 million A-shares held in treasury as of 10 August 2026.
