Qitian Technology Group Co.,Ltd. (300061.SZ) has released its semi-annual report for 2026, revealing a net loss attributable to shareholders of 21.42 million yuan during the reporting period.
The company achieved operating revenue of 202 million yuan, marking a year-on-year decline of 10.97%. Additionally, the net loss attributable to shareholders, excluding non-recurring gains and losses, stood at 17.98 million yuan.
The primary driver behind the revenue decline was the termination of the merchandise mail-order installment business in the prior year, which correspondingly reduced income contributions. Despite ongoing market expansion and customer acquisition efforts, the company's core digital life marketing segment posted year-on-year revenue growth.
However, intensifying competition within the digital life marketing industry led to higher comprehensive costs and compressed gross margins. Furthermore, tax-related matters at a subsidiary weighed on profitability, collectively resulting in the year-on-year decrease in net profit attributable to shareholders.
